Preparation

What does a biscuit maker, a paper flower kit, sponge cleaning cloths,

red poster paint, colouring posters and glue have in common?

They have all been bought by me during the past week and stowed away together to be used for various activities over the summer holiday.
I've compiled a list (no surprise there!) of things we can do both indoors and out. From this I have made a shopping list of things I need to buy so everything is on hand. No point saying let's make a bubble snake if I haven't got everything we need.
Here's hoping that a bit of prep will lead to lots of summer fun.

Gosh you are so organised! I think I know someone who would love that cookie cutter, I may steal that idea from you. (just a clue, that someone is neither of my boys!)

Oooh, can't wait to see what you do! I wish more parents thought about doings things like this- there'd be a lot less bored children x

Good for you being so prepared. My son would have loved craft activities a few years back but now approaching his 16th birthday he likes more manly pursuits!!! I look forward to seeing what you do with your stash! x

You are fantastic parents, always taking the kids on interesting days out and always seeming to have something up your sleeve for rainy/stay at home days. They are very lucky to have you! x
