So glad you're feeling better; sometimes zooming in onto the little joys of everyday is the only way to gain distance from the bigger trials in life. And those brownies look amazing! Maybe one for my next failed bakery attempt ;-)
ReplyDeleteHope its as sunny where you are as it is here!
Nothing like a chocolate brownie to perk you up!
ReplyDeleteI wonder how long before it will be warm enough for your daughter to wear that dress!
Sweet kitties.

I've caught up with my reading of your blog and do hope you're feeling all right, Lisa. It's hard not to get upset when people are unreasonable. Be good to yourself. Time will help you feel better. Time and brownies, right?

Hello Lovely,
ReplyDeleteforgive my silence. I have been thinking about what I could say to you by way of being helpful after all the nasty things you have put up with.
Suffice to say I don't believe they understand you and I hope in time you will feel less raw and able to forgive them.
You are a sweet, thoughtful person ( I remember the time you take in giving people just the right gift.)
Hope you are feeling better,
Sarah x
