it's a wrap

I have spent a fair bit of time this week sat on the bedroom floor with sellotape dispenser and scissors close to hand wrapping up birthday presents.

Spotty polka dots for my sister C

and zingy stripes for G.

I really enjoy wrapping up presents, especially Christmas ones. I'm very much looking forward to using this wrapping paper. Polka dots and gingham and stars, scrummy. Hopefully I'll be able to have a play around and make some nice tags to match for those that appreciate that kind of thing.

  1. You will spoil them with all those presents! Love the wrapping paper!

  2. They look great Lisa - Ive been making some gift tags myself with my flower cutter - they look really nice. xxxxx

  3. I'm always drawn to polka dots, so that pile for your sister look especially nice. I very nearly bought some red spotty Christmas paper today, and then thought I can't possibly be buying Christmas stuff in October... but now I'm home I'm thinking I should have got it anyway!
    Love Kathy xxx

  4. Ooh,how exciting! I think the best bit is the wrapping and choosing which paper will suit who. ;o)

  5. I love wrapping gifts too, such fun!
What lovely paper you have chosen and just HOW lucky are your Sister and G!! You certainly have spoilt them both.
....The paper you chose for my very own birthday gift was beautiful too! I hav'nt forgotton!

  6. Oooh, I love ALL your wrapping paper, Lisa x

  7. wrapping is such a lovely activity isn't it - when I give myself enough time I love to go to town with it!
Your papers are gorgeous - the Christmas one is so lovely.
Thanks for popping by. We've met some very nice folk on the training course and, as you say, they know how it is for us right now - it will be such a help in the future. Our panel date is 11th November - let's hope it's not at 11am !!! ;-)
    Have a great week,
    Denise x
