Compared to a lot of people this second lot of snow has been just a sprinkle. We spent the day indoors yesterday but today there was a very strong need for fresh air. After a quick trip to the supermarket we drove on down to the park which was practically deserted, although we did bump into neighbours we live 2 doors away from us who were out with their dogs. Snowballs were thrown and the frisbee made an appearance which got the children running around for a while. Mission accomplished it was home again to the warmth, tea and cake baking.
Just enough to look pretty. xxx
ReplyDeleteIt certainly looks good! We've been cosy indoors all day today - so incredibly cold out there!
ReplyDeleteI'll enjoy a virtual cup of tea with you :-)

Glad you were able to get out and enjoy your little sprinkling of snow. The snow we had this time was the kind that you could make snowballs with, unlike the last lot which was too powdery.
ReplyDeleteWe drove to see friends in London today and I was a bit worried about the roads being icy ,but it was ok.
Hope you have a good week.
Hellllooo Lisa!
ReplyDeleteJust catching up on all of the festive Blogs...its cheering me right up!
You have a teeny dusting of snow the same as we do, Im very suprised as Yorkshire usually gets hit bad and my parents who live on the west coast rarely get any, yet they are snowed in!
Hope you are enjoying the festive season! xx
We've got another sprinkling, but it's so so cold. Great for you and the children to get out and enjoy it!
