tea time

I've had a day out on my own today.
I took the train down to Portsmouth and went to a photography exhibition and had a mini mooch round some shops.
The full details will go in another post but I just wanted to share this wonderful poster I saw in Whittards.

Isn't it great.

  1. Hi Lisa
Ooh, can't wait to hear more about your solo day out! The poster is great, isn't it?
I'm all in favour of solo outings, they are good for the soul and help us to do just what we want to do, for a little while.
Wishing you a happy week ahead,
    Denise x

  2. hhmmm....maybe that is my problem since I don't really drink tea?!

  3. Hi Lisa
I saw that on a whittards email and thought it looked great.
I wonder if they will be selling them??
Lovely to have a day out to yourself.
Enjoy the rest of the week.
    Luv Sophie xxx

  4. That sign is downright life-affirming. It's giving me a lump in my throat! Or maybe that's just the hormones (sigh)...

So glad you had a lovely solo outing!

  5. I think Whittards should sell that poster - I'd like one for my kitchen.

Look forward to seeing pics of your solo day out - what a treat.

  6. I will look forward to hearing more about your day out.

    Fab poster!!!

    Was the photography exhibition good???

    Love Lou xxx

  7. Hi Lisa, A day out on your own is a great treat - you used your time wisely I see. I think that docks are very interesting places - usually lots going on and sea breezes. What do they do in your docks? Is it fishing or ship building or sea trade? xxxxx

  8. So true! Well there must be plenty of hope in this house as an awful lot of tea gets drunk here! Hope you had a good day in Portsmouth

  9. Sounds like a fab day out.

That poster is so true, couldnt put it better myself.
